The same can be said of the Japanese culture and its connection to water and self discipline in art. Charlie Bohn apprenticed in Japan with master potter Shoji Takahara. Charlie has combined the wild, free attitude of New Orleans with the disciplined artistic character of Japan to offer Raku New Orleans style.
